Stomach Pain Relief

  • (1) tumeric and honey
  • (2) one tablespoon of apple cider and 16 ounces of water
  • (3) two broken cinnamon sticks in 3 cups of boiling water, peppermint tea, or milk (with or without garlic).

When dealing with a pain in the stomach, the most important thing to know is that you do not need to suffer endlessly. First and foremost, you do need to determine whether or not there is a serious underlying cause, as stomach pains can be sign of bacterial infections, infections of the bladder, ulcers, etc.  These at least can be helped with probiotics instead of anti-biotics. (Antibiotics would cause yeast in the body and a lowered immune system so we could not recommend this personally.).  Once you know what you are dealing with, then you will be able to treat the pain appropriately.
